Since 1992, Malvern Health and Fitness has been providing instruction in a range of Martial arts in the Malvern, Victoria area. Operating one of the largest martial arts facilities in Australia, MHF features over 300 square meters of fully matted training space, a full size boxing ring, over a dozen boxing bags, a full time personal training studio fully equipped with cardio equipment and weights. We pride ourselves on offering a unique service; here at MHF you will find all aspects of your health and fitness under one roof! WE HAVE EXPANDED!

We have recently fully redeveloped the entire downstairs floor space! Which has effectively doubled our size! As of January 2010 we are now boasting not only a new look, buts also an expanded range of facilities and services. Including cosmetic nursing, massage, spa, sauna, a Psychologist and extra training space, in addition to the general medical practice, chiropractic therapy, exercise physiology, personal training and martial arts classes that our customers currently enjoy.
